I was traveling to work when I saw this bear around 10:30 in the morning. The bear seemed to be sniffing trash cans outside looking for a morning snack. The bear was startled by a person opening their garage and found a nearby fence to jump. It seemed to have a little trouble getting over, but eventually got over while causing a little damage to the fence,
